Q: How do I sign up for gas service at my new home or apartment?

A: If you have never had a Citizens Gas bill in your name or if it has been 6 months or more you would have to sign an application that says you will be responsible for payment of the gas bill. We will mail you the application, fax it or you can come to our office. If it has been 6 months or less you can place the order with us over the phone.

Q: Where can I pay my gas bill?

A: You can pay your gas bill in many ways. You may pay your bill at our main office at 127 N Main St. There are drop boxes located outside both front and back doors if it is after hours. You may mail your payment in with our enclosed envelope we provide. We also provide an automatic payment out of your checking or savings account or Visa/MasterCard account.

Q: What if I feel my gas bill is incorrect?

A: You may call our office Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm and a customer service representative will help you in any way they can.

Q: Can I call you in the middle of the night when my furnace breaks down and I have no heat?
A: Yes, we have service representatives available 24/7 to serve you.
Q: Are there any discount programs for Seniors?

A: Yes, We have the Seniors Over Sixty-Five Club affectionately referred to as the S.O.S. Club.  It offers the following benefits to seniors that complete the membership application.

-No Penalties for late payment
-Optional Third Party Notification
-S.O.S. Credit Policy
