Flame arrestor on water heater
Water tanks
Parts for obsolete/unavailable parts
Devices added to original equipment
Sealed water systems on boilers
Line set, compressor and all coils for a residential air conditioner
Malfunction of equipment resulting from flooding, freezing, vandalism or fire
Glass on glass top range or fireplace enclosure
Side panels, door or drawer for ranges and dryers
Remote control and decorative enclosure for gas logs and vented space heaters
Anode Rods
Zone control panels (Forced Air)
Zone dampers (Forced Air)
Routine maintenance per manufacturer. Example: Flushing water heater
